The first online and virtual SME Assembly was organized together with the German Presidency of the council of the European Union. We were asked by ‘KFP Five Star Conference Services Gmbh’ to deliver them audiovisual support from November 11th until November 17th 2020. They selected our studio set-up for online and hybrid events in the ‘Auditorium 500’ at ‘Brussels Expo’. We customized the room completely for this high-end event. An impressive amount of equipment was used for the plenary room and the extra second and third livestream channels. Our 23 crewmembers operated the equipment and assisted KFP during the 7 days of rehearsals, pre-recordings and shows.
